Known for their signature lip techniques and beautifully balanced cosmetic injectable results, Lips and Drips is led by Co-Founders and Nurse-Preneurs Erica Mendez and Erica Hammel. In one short year, they have opened a thriving medical spa providing a luxurious experience and hip vibe for their rapidly growing clientele all while both welcoming new babies within three months of one another. It has been quite the whirlwind but the Ericas are ready to share some of their secret tools to their success. After thousands of inquiries for shadowing and training opportunities, they are now ready to open their doors to aspiring aesthetic injectors giving them an inside look of their advanced injection techniques and tips to
running their aesthetic empire.

Shadow Program

See what it’s like to be a Nurse Injector. You will have the opportunity to shadow a provider and see consultations, treatments, learn anatomy and much more!
Please call us at 215-914-3200 to arrange a date to shadow. Shadowing will be 12 pm-4 pm. Shadowing can be one day or three days. One day shadowing is $750, 3 day is $1550.
